Processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.
2.2 For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g. orders or inquiries to the person responsible), this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. 4) Cookies
In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your device. Some of these cookies are automatically deleted after closing the browser (so-called "session cookies"), while others remain on your device for longer and enable page settings to be saved (so-called "persistent cookies"). In the latter case, you can find out the storage period from the overview of the cookie settings in your web browser.
If personal data is also processed by individual cookies used by us, the processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR either to execute the contract, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR in the event of consent being granted, or in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR to protect our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of the site visit. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually whether to accept them or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. 5) Contact
5.1 WhatsApp Business
We offer visitors to our website the opportunity to contact us via the WhatsApp messaging service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. For this purpose, we use the so-called "business version" of WhatsApp.
If you contact us via WhatsApp in connection with a specific transaction (for example, an order you have placed), we will save and use the mobile phone number you use with WhatsApp and - if provided - your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b. GDPR to process and answer your request. On the basis of the same legal basis, we may ask you via WhatsApp to provide further data (order number, customer number, address or email address) in order to be able to assign your request to a specific process.
If you use our WhatsApp contact for general inquiries (e.g. about the range of services, availability or our website), we will save and use the mobile phone number you use on WhatsApp and - if provided - your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the efficient and timely provision of the information you require.
Your data will always only be used to answer your request via WhatsApp. It will not be passed on to third parties.
Please note that WhatsApp Business receives access to the address book of the mobile device we use for this purpose and automatically transfers telephone numbers stored in the address book to a server of the parent company Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. To operate our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device in whose address book only the WhatsApp contact details of those users who have contacted us via WhatsApp are stored.
This ensures that every person whose WhatsApp contact details are stored in our address book has already consented to the transmission of their WhatsApp telephone number from the address books of their chat contacts in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR when using the app for the first time on their device by accepting the WhatsApp terms of use. The transmission of data from users who do not use WhatsApp and/or have not contacted us via WhatsApp is therefore excluded.
The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by WhatsApp as well as your related rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in WhatsApp's data protection information: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/?eea=1#privacy-policy
As part of the processing mentioned above, data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. servers in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
5.2 When you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email), personal data is collected. The data collected when you use a contact form can be seen in the respective contact form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration.
The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention periods to the contrary.
6) Online marketing
Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. In addition, Google AdSense also uses "web beacons" (small invisible graphics) to collect information, which can be used to record, collect and evaluate simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. This may also involve transmission to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
Google uses the information obtained in this way to evaluate your usage behavior with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense is not merged with other data from Google. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
All processing described above, in particular reading information on the device used via cookies and/or web beacons, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. Without this consent, Google AdSense will not be used during your visit to the website.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

7) Web analysis services
7.1 Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which enables an analysis of your use of our website.
By default, when you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies that are stored as small text blocks on your device and collect certain information. This information also includes your IP address, which is, however, shortened by Google by the last digits in order to exclude direct personal reference.
The information is transferred to Google servers and processed there. Transmission to Google LLC based in the USA is also possible.
Google uses the information collected on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted and shortened by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. The data collected as part of the use of Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies on the device used, only takes place if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google that ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4 can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Demographic characteristics
Google Analytics 4 uses the special "demographic characteristics" function and can use it to create statistics that make statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third parties. This enables target groups to be identified for marketing activities. However, the data collected cannot be assigned to a specific person and is deleted after being stored for a period of two months.
Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals can be used on this website to create cross-device reports. If you have activated personalized ads and have linked your devices to your Google account, Google can analyze your usage behavior across devices and create database models, including cross-device conversions, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you want to stop cross-device analysis, you can deactivate the "Personalized Advertising" function in the settings of your Google account. To do so, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de For more information about Google Signals, please visit the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=de
UserIDs
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, the "UserIDs" function can be used on this website. If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, have set up an account on this website and log in with this account on different devices, your activities, including conversions, can be analyzed across devices.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
7.2 Microsoft Clarity
This website uses the web analysis service of the following provider: Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399 USA
Using cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms for reading device and browser information), the service collects and stores pseudonymized visitor data, including information about the device used, such as the IP address and browser information, in order to evaluate it for statistical analyses of usage behavior on our website and to create pseudonymized usage profiles. Among other things, this makes it possible to evaluate movement patterns (so-called heat maps), which show the duration of page visits and interactions with page content (e.g. text input, scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs). Pseudonymization fundamentally excludes direct personal reference. There is no merging with clear data about you collected in other ways.
All processing described above, in particular the reading or saving of information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
7.3 Wix Analytics
This website uses the web analysis service of the following provider: Wix HQ, 6350671, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel
Using cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms for reading device and browser information), the service collects and stores pseudonymized visitor data, including information about the device used such as the IP address and browser information, in order to evaluate it for statistical analyses of usage behavior on our website and to create pseudonymized usage profiles.
When data is transmitted to the provider's location, an appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
8) Retargeting/remarketing and conversion tracking
8.1 Meta Pixel with extended data matching
Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service from the following provider in extended data matching mode: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta")
If a user clicks on an ad we have placed on Facebook or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter using "Meta Pixel". This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after forwarding by a cookie that our linked page itself sets. In addition, this cookie records specific customer data such as the email address that we collect on our website linked to the Facebook or Instagram ad during processes such as purchases, account registrations or registrations (extended data matching). The cookie is then read and enables the data, including the specific customer data, to be transmitted to Meta.
We use "Meta Pixel" with advanced data matching to make our advertisements (so-called "ads") on Facebook and/or Instagram more effective and to ensure that they correspond to the interests of users or have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined based on the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences").
In addition, we analyze the effectiveness of our advertisements by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement (conversion). Compared to the standard version of "Meta Pixel", the advanced data matching function helps us to better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by recording more assigned conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Meta so that it can be assigned to the respective user profile and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta's data usage guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Meta and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art.
The information generated by Meta is usually transferred to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, it may also be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. servers in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
8.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
For this purpose, Google places a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Any further data processing will only take place if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads that you view on the web. If you are logged into Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. To do this, Google will temporarily link your personal data with Google Analytics data to create target groups. When using Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transferred to Google LLC's servers in the USA.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit to the website.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
8.3 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").
GMP uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later visits the advertiser's website using the same browser and purchases something through that website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server.
We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you as follows according to our knowledge: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and save your IP address. When using GMP, personal data may also be transferred to Google LLC's servers in the USA.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
The data protection provisions of GMP by Google can be found here: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
9) Site functionalities
9.1 Spotify
This website includes functionalities from the following music service provider for playing music tracks: Spotify AB, Birger Jarlsgatan 61, 113 56 Stockholm, Sweden
When you visit this site, this integration can establish a direct connection between your browser and the provider's servers, even if you do not have an account with the provider or are not logged into one.
The provider thus receives the information that you have visited our site. The information collected in this process (possibly including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a server of the provider and stored there. However, the information is not used to identify you personally and is not passed on to third parties.
If you play a music track using the corresponding function while you are logged into a user account of the provider, the provider can assign the visit to our site to this account. If you do not want this to be assigned to your account, you must log out before pressing the play button.
The data processing described above is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in an appealing acoustic design of the visit to our website.
You can also object to the loading of the provider's playback functions and thus the data processing operations described above in the future with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (https://noscript.net/).
9.2 Google Customer Reviews (formerly Google Certified Retailer Program)
We work with Google as part of the "Google Customer Reviews" program. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). This program gives us the opportunity to obtain customer reviews from users of our website. After making a purchase on our website, you will be asked whether you would like to take part in an email survey from Google.
If you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, we will send your email address to Google. You will receive an email from Google Customer Reviews asking you to rate the purchase experience on our website. The rating you submit will then be summarized with our other ratings and displayed in our Google Customer Reviews logo and in our Merchant Center dashboard. Your rating will also be used for Google Seller Ratings. When using Google Customer Reviews, personal data may also be transferred to Google LLC's servers in the USA.
You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the data controller or to Google.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
10) Tools and other
10.1 Cookie consent tool
This website uses a so-called "cookie consent tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to users when they visit the page in the form of an interactive user interface on which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking boxes. By using the tool, all cookies/services that require consent are only loaded if the respective user gives the corresponding consent by ticking the box. This ensures that such cookies are only placed on the user's respective device if consent has been given.
The tool sets technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed.
If, in individual cases, personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning or logging cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in a legally compliant design of our website.
Another legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. As the responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent.
Where necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
You can find further information about the operator and the setting options of the cookie consent tool directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.

To handle accounting, we use the cloud-based accounting software service of the following provider: Collmex GmbH, Lilienstr. 37, 66119 Saarbrücken, Germany
The provider processes incoming and outgoing invoices and, if applicable, our company's bank transactions in order to automatically record invoices, match them to transactions and use this to create financial accounting in a partially automated process.
If personal data is also processed in this process, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the efficient organization and documentation of our business transactions.

13) Duration of storage of personal data
The duration of storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and - if applicable - also by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law).
When processing personal data on the basis of an express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, the data concerned will be stored until you revoke your consent. If there are statutory retention periods for data that are processed as part of legal or quasi-legal obligations on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, these data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided that they are no longer required to fulfill or initiate a contract and/or we have no legitimate interest in continuing to store them.
When processing personal data on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, these data will be stored until you exercise your right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
When processing personal data for the purpose of direct advertising on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, these data will be stored until you exercise your right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 (2) GDPR.
Unless the other information in this declaration on specific processing situations indicates otherwise, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
